The Floating City by the Sea

I dreamed of a city built on floating islands above a calm turquoise sea. Bridges made of light connected each island, and people moved silently like they were part of the wind. I remember standing at the edge of one bridge, feeling weightless, and then looking down to see schools of glowing fish swimming below me in perfect patterns.
